Multi-Family Home Developments

Our multi-family housing projects include the Saddlebrook Manor Apartment Complex located in Lumberton, Texas. The Project was completed in three phases, totaling six buildings with 240 units. Each of these phases of building was centered on providing premium quality, all while meeting our schedule expeditiously and on-budget.

Phase I

2004

Project Duration: 48 Weeks

Phase I of Saddlebrook consisted of the initial building structures for Saddlebrook. This included six apartment buildings (total of 144 units), management office, community laundry room, and park area. This was a design-build project completed by our company's principals in 2004.

Phase II

2019

Project Duration: 26 Weeks

Saddlebrook further increased their capacity with a second phase of building, adding two additional buildings (total of 48 units). Working in conjunction with an architectural firm, M3 principals completed this project in a total duration of six months, meeting all budget requirements, and completing the project two months ahead of schedule.

Phase III

2020

Project Duration: 24 Weeks

Due to demand, the Saddlebrook Management team decided to undertake Phase III, in spite of the pandemic that was gripping the nation in 2020. During this time, there were many material obstacles to overcome, as shortages and volatility in prices became the norm. Despite these factors, M3 took on the challenge and completed the project 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
